Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Full refunds are available for orders cancelled before processing or shipment. Made-to-order (print-on-demand) or pre-order products are excluded from refunds.
Incorrect or Missing Items
A full refund will be issued or a replacement product will be sent for incorrect or missing items.
Photo or video proof must be provided within the applicable timeframe.
Evidence must include clear images of the received item, the original packaging, and the shipping label, as well as identification of the specific issue (for example: incorrect SKU, wrong size or color).
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Damaged Products
A full refund will be issued or a replacement product will be sent if items arrive damaged.
The issue must be reported within 30 days of delivery, with valid photo or video proof submitted to MELVÈ.
Evidence must include a short video or image showing the defect (for example, the product not functioning properly), along with clear proof of the impact on the item’s functionality.
Please note that if the packaging is damaged but the product itself is intact and functioning properly, a refund cannot be processed. Refunds are only issued when the product itself arrives damaged or faulty, not for packaging damage.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union Cooling-Off Period (14–30 Days)
Notwithstanding the above, if goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued if MELVÈ is responsible for the issue.
All required evidence (photos, videos, proof) must be provided to validate claims.
All exceptions, deadlines, and eligibility requirements above must be met for a refund or replacement to be applicable.
Once validated, refund requests are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days.
Promotional order credits expire and will be removed if the subscription is cancelled or refunded.
